Follow the directions on each product's packaging. Whitening products can cause temporary tooth or gum sensitivity, so if you have sensitive teeth, gum issues, or dental work, check with your dentist first and stop use if irritation occurs.

Results vary from person to person depending on your starting shade, habits like coffee, tea, or smoking, and how consistently you use the product. For best results, follow the usage directions included with your order.
